Chennai Dosa is a gem! The dosas were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside — especially the masala dosa, which was packed with flavor. The sambar and chutneys were fresh and full of that real homemade taste. Service was quick and friendly, and the staff made us feel right at home. Everything was clean, well-priced, and portions were generous. Whether you’re craving a full South Indian meal or just a good filter coffee, this place delivers every time. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be coming back!
Been going here several times. Drive 1h each way to get here. Worth the drive for me. Breakfast buffet is 12.50 now includes unlimited idly, vada, bhajji, payasam, plain uthappam, onion uthappam, plain dosa, masala dosa, poori bhaji, pongal, veg upma, excellent sambhar, excellent coconut chutney, mint chutney, garlic chutney. Not a posh place but it's clean with polite and attentive staff. Clean toilet. Free parking is on street on nearby streets but not next to it. Petrol station is right opp. South Indian coffee is extra. 1000 to 1230 Saturday Sunday breakfast buffet is excellent. The sea food dishes are excellent on the regular & daily specials menu on the board.
Most Sunday Morning we will be at Chennai Dosa as it delivers the perfect South Indian breakfast. The crispy dosas and crunchy vadas paired with flavorful sambhar and chutneys, never disappoint. The highlight is their tea and coffee to end the meal with. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere make it our favorite weekend tradition.

Casual dining restaurant. Excellent Indian breakfast, would definitely visit again! Staff very attentive. There was also a popular breakfast buffet which we didn’t try this time but would be tempted to on a future visit.
Great tasting South Indian restaurant with nostalgic seating and cutlery. Transported back to a genuine South Indian place. Good portion size, friendly service, authentic taste!
Authentic south Indian taste. Made me go back in time and place to Yzag, Chennai and Bangalore. I was very happy I visited this place and I am sure to go back lots more times.
